Documents needed to start a clinici & Pharmacy

Hi,

I have a query kindly pls help me.

One of my cousin is going to start a new clinic not hospital, with attached pharmacy. 3 partners are going to start this so what procedure is needed for this,

What license they need?
Is there is any registration?

Pls help us its urgent...

one qualified person i.e., d.pharma completed and regd., person is necessary.
