Change of dob on 10th certificate

(Querist) 01 March 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Hello

One lady passed 10th std( Maharashtra Board) in 1976.Her DoB on 10th certificate is 1958 which is wrong.There is no birth certificate also available. Can she still get it changed.

By following sec.80 of CPC she can change her date of birth. Contact the lawyer who will explain you in detail.
