Can a divorced Muslim woman entitled to seek maintainance under Sec.125 Cr.P.C.?

Yes, she can there is no express bar that a muslim woman cannot seek maintenance under 125 Cr.P.C.

The provision very clearly explains that a "Wife" includes a woman who has been divorced by, or has obtained a divorce from, her husband and has not remarried.

There is no restriction as to that the Muslim cannot proceed under sect 125 of Cr.P.C, for claiming of maintenance regarding the divorce.There is already case-law in Shah Banoo matters.
