family pension

The person is geting pension after his wifes death.his wife was government employe. Now he is remarried.more over he is working in private firm.can he stil enjoy this pension ?

No. he cannot get pension if he remarries.

He is not eligible for family pension after remarriage.

but remarriage debars him from pension.
