Hello Sir/Ma'am,
Nainital HC ordered stay on d proceedings of labor court without hearing the respondent despite objections filled. Is there any chance that HC judge who stayed proceedings, lift the stay? Should we (a)wait for the bench to be changed (c) or approach CJ of HC to redirect the case to other bench (b) or approach SC and challenge the HC stay order. Please Not:the respondent here is poor and can not afford expenses.any help would be greatly appreciated
