Dear Sir,

My wife had filled crpc 125 against me But i have stayed that. Now I want to know that may she filled me on any case? if Yes then what can i do for that

Please give me any salution

Yes, she can now file case under domestic violence act, divorce and alimony, case u/s498A ipc et all. The solution for these case is nothing but to defend those at the best of your capacity.

1. What are the grounds for which stay granted ?

2. If her aim is "compensation" then she has plenty of avenues open to file other "compensation" cases and if you have got stay in S. 125 CrPC then probably chances of stay are bright on other "compensation" cases too.

3. But be prepared and face well head on.

You have not stated what other case she has filed to give solution. So state clearly what do you mean she may have filed.

She can claim relief under the DV act
