Sir i worked in a bank as clerk. Now i got job in cen gov.but i didnot submit noc at the time of interview, even not mention about past job for this job. Why because i applied to this job before my bank job n at the time of interview i am in training in bank job. Now i got relieved properly 4 bank job by paying bond amount. Now my question is it problem to me not mentioning about past job n non submission of noc. Why they are asking noc while changing job in psu india

Dear Sree,
First understand that it is not a problem if you have not mentioned about your past employment.
Now, whether the Central Government is asking you anything about your past employment? Probably not. If so, better keep quiet. You need also tell any of your friends that you were earlier working in bank etc. That is not at all necessary.
By telling you will not be committing any mistake, but there may be unnecessary tensions - because some of your friends may confuse you that not disclosing is a mitake while some one else will say that it is not a problem etc.
Concentrate on your present job well and go ahead.

NOC is absolutely not required for your central government job if you are able to submit the fact that you have been duly relieved by the bank.

NOC is not always mandatory. Several employers do not insist on it.

Any how you got relieved, this itself means there is no objection from the employer.
