Procedure of filling case in Mumbai High Court.

Hello,
I need to know the procedure of filling case in Mumbai High Court. I cant afford a lawyer. Please advise me the documents required, Where do I go to register the case and can I ask for Hearing with a perticular Judge?

It is better to hand over the case to the Lawyers, who knows the procedure, because some times you will have to comply the office objections, technical difficulties etc., if any.

Try to find local lawyer associated with NGOs, he may represent your case, Without lawyer you may face number of difficulties of procedure and filing at registry.

You can approach the Free Legal Aid Board in the premises of the courts and seek their help. They would appoint a lawyer to appear and conduct your case at the expense of the State. You need not worry.

Appoint the expert lawyer in this high court, he suggest you the line of action in you matter.

Yes if you have no financial support to continue a case in the high court then apply FOR Legal Aid which would provide you the advocate free of cost.
