approach consumer forum against the doctors but please note that you have to prove negligence on part of doctors .

in delivery some times complication arise . take the complete diagonisi c report from hospital . obtain opinio from other doctors as to whether there was any negligence

What is NSCC injection? Are you talking about Anesthesia?

This is obviously deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Your Mami is eligible to approach the Consumer Court for compensation and damages.

First you get confirm by another doctor it is mistake of the doctor and get the certificate from that doctor and approach the consumer forum. Medical negligence is tough to prove.

you have to be certain that the complications arose due to negligence on teh part of the treating doctor, if this be so, then approach the consumer court. take an independent opinion of a gyna doc prior to this
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 29 July 2012
To prove the negligence of doctor/hospetal,you have to obtain firstly the opinion of medical board and if it occurs from the report of medical board that doctor/hospetal has negligently or wrongly treated the patient then approach to consumer forum.
