i wanted take court order for correction of father name in sslc marks card.
please tell the time duration & expense for court order.

time would depend upon the pendency of court cases . expenses would vary depending upon lawyer fees and out of pocket expenses

It depends on the pending of cases in the court. Expenses cannot be said. YOu will have to pay the court fee as per your state court fee and suit valuation and advocate's fee depends on him

Time may be between 1-5 years depending upon so many factors. Expanses depends upon the Lawyers charges and other incidental expanses.

i am facing this father name issue ,while applying for passport , could any one suggest me weither its manditory to correct for getting passport. or Do i have resolve this issue first & than i can apply for a passport or is there any other alternative option (Because getting a corrected marks may take 2-5 years).
please advice.
