Dear All Members ,

kindly help me out to get some information , A poor man booked Chapter Case (N.C) and trail is going on in the basis of false police complain because he is a social activitist .

I would like to know can he write a letter directly to court to distroid the case .

He can give application on the next hearing as per court procedure. The application would be disposed off on merits.

Better defend the case on merits and if innocent, case would be dismissed. He can have the services of legal cell.

Nadeem , Actually fact is he is an honest auto driver in kurla and booked under domestic violation and police has introduce chapter case after 2 NC Complaint by unknown person .

He should never write any letter direct to the court rather should contest the case vigorously and effectively. There is no preferential right for the social activist i judicial system.

Only his wife can book him under DV.
Remedy: Defend the case.
