i did court marriage on 21th nov 2013, due to taurcher and preasure i came at my parents home on 23th nov 2013. and on next day i filed a 498a case on him for my security and i want divorce from that person.plz help me out with a suitable solution. my contact no is 8108408059

Divorce is not a fruit that you go to market and buy it from a vendor.
If your husband refuses to give divorce then you have to wait for years together to see the result of court.
Engage an advocate and discuss it with all details.

If your marriage was forceful without your consent then you can go to family court under section 12(1) of HMA seeking annulment of your marriage.

So marriage has become a playful thing for you people (?)What wrong thing have you discovered in him within two days after marriage?,If you have lodged a complaint on the grounds of cruelty, whether your act of fleeing the matrimonial house just after two days of marriage cannot be termed as an act of cruelty against your husband? You could have stopped the marriage even at the last moment if you were not interested in him thereby the present awkward situation could have been avoided.

SO UR IN lAWS PROBABLY DON'T EVEN KNOW ABT UR MARRIAGE, AND WILL FACE 498A FOR NO REASON!!!
WHY REGISTERED FALSE 498A CASE??
Consult Local Advocate, who will manage to divorce u. , as marriage must have not been consumed yet.., and it was by genuine mistake and misrepresentation.
