Joining a psu hiding the service in other psu

Sir,
For the last 7 years I was working in a PSU where we were working in a totally unhealthy environment.Only 5%of total employees are working in our dept.Management was rejecting our transfer requests and applications for noc to apply for other PSU jobs.
So I applied to another PSU stating that i am working in a small private firm(I can get relieval letter from this firm). I got the job and my relieval from current employer will be done with in one week and I will get the relieval letter. Since I have not mentioned about this PSU exp in application form, can I produce the relieval letter to the new PSU. If not whether any chance is there that they will find this history and terminate me from service.

You have committed a blunder.

You should not have done so!

If current PSU can allow you to modify/update resume, employment application submitted by you and accept you in employment then there might be a chance to undo the damage that you have done to yourself.

However this is nearly impossible.

The current PSU can take disciplinary action on you and take decision as per its Conduct and Discipline rules!
