However, I don't think any expert will have any objection if you have the urge to sue the concerned person when you feel that you cannot ignore comments, provided you have ample evidence to prove against him in the court of law.

In 'MAN HANI' case the burden of proving the facts are bifurcated into two conditions. No.1. That you have MAN i.e., RESPECT in the society and No.2. HANI i.e.,which has been damaged or injured. If you can prove these two by adducing admissible evidences before the court you will be successful in MAN HANI CASE.
