Sir
I was on leave since 1.5 years from psu , due to my family problems,
their was my fathers eye operation and my mother is also going on medical treatment but these are not so big ground i knew
but always someone should be their to take care of them , this i cant make understand to company
now i had given them mail of rejoining but they are not responding properly
playing game with me what should i do please help

Whether leave for 1.5 years was sanctioned by the competet authority or you absented for the whole of the period without getting your leave sanctioned in time?

Sir no leave for 1 month was only sanctioned then i didnt replied to their mail & then they sent letters but i did not received them because we shifted to our another house due to my parents medical conditions ( as my father is 69 years old and mother has gone operation for her leg and walk with support )

sir i have 2 address one address which i give them and one which is shown on my id card(licence,voter,aadar) of my permanent house
these id cards were also available with my company but still they sent all reminder to address which i was not receiving
can i raise this point for my safety that they could easily have gotten my permanent address which is mentioned in my all office files but still they sent at wring adress

For 1.4years you are on unauthorized leave.
It was your duty to submit for extension of leave.
That is why the management has built their case file by sending communications to you.
Was any termination order also sent to you, that you did not receive?

Instead of replying my query you have given quite an evasive reply. LEAVE CANNOT BE GRANTED BY SELF.
About your address, they are not concerned what your address is on the voter ID, aadhar or licence. They are concerned with the address you have given to them. They can correspond only on the last known address.
It is not understood, what is the sense of your giving them mail for rejoining instead of approching phyically to join your post, if not yet terminated and willing to join. Are you their boss to expect compliance of your mail or else you feel that they should approach to welcome you with the request to join your post.

I had gone to my place of posting but they told me to take permission first from our regional head as the matter has been referred to them
they told me to mail them and get permission then u can join

You are absent without leave for long. Not providing latest address to the deptt.
you are liable to be dismissed from service (which is ban on future employment in govt) by ex-parte inquiry (after sending notice at last known address).

Mr. Krishna,
Earlier you never made a mention that you went to them to join or they asked you to get permission of the regional head. Any reason for not stating facts before asking your question?
Secondly, if they told you to take permission first from your regional head, did you think, any of the experts here represent the regional head? If it is a real problem, you have kncked the wrong door by asking question from experts here.
Thirdly, if you say, "my leave was never sanctioned from the authority," how you treat yourself on leave?
Fourthly, when you say, "I never replied to their mail" you have proved to be totally unwilling worker and irresponsible employee. So, how you expect them to take you back on your job after you abandoned unauthorisedly for the last 1.5 years?
Better contact the regional head for sorting out your problem, if that really exists. Otherwise, based on your description, I had my own doubt about the fakeness of the problem, aand as one of your academic exercise.

The case of other people is their individual case and not law which must be followed by department in your case.
You should prey to your regional head through written request duly recommended by your departmental head. Request him personally also.
Take proper / acceptable defense for your absence, attend the departmental inquiry.
Discuss in detail with some service matter departmental inquiry consultant.
Inform the department in writing and duly acknowledged, that you came to join on____ and was not allowed to join.

The inquiry is initiated to provide opportunity of hearing to you.
It is a strong possibility that this is to effect termination, although you are citing precedence's. Person with such conduct as displayed by you, are removed.
The purpose of inquiry seems to be,.......... to remove.
How good you or your defense is during the inquiry to exploit anything that is left to you is to be seen by you.You are citing precedence's and it is to be seen by you if you can get the same relief or not!

Joining back conveys the intention to serve otherwise the deptt is tempted to vacate their vacancy.

Apparently you have already consulted your counsels.
Act on the relevant points that you have gathered from this thread, in consultation with an able counsel.
You want to defend your interest in establishments where in situation like you, as per the precedence's in your knowledge and quoted by you, the joining and continuity of job is possible..............
Thus like anyone else you can also go ahead to defend your interest.
Certainly you should engage a 'Defense Assistant' and counsel worth his salt to handle particular matter at your hands.
