Hello Sir,
I am Heena from pune and have got married to mumbai based person. How to get marriage certificate from court because though being a muslim i have got NIKHANAMA in urdu which i got it translated in english.
Kindly, tell me how get marraige certificate from mumbai, its really urgent for me

Whether both of you are "muslim", contracted the marriage and got the "nikahnama" as per Muslim Personal Laws or your husband is professing some other religion? Accordingly registration of marriage can be registered with Registrar of Marriages either at Pune or Mumbai.
