I agree with Mr. Rajeev. As soon as he is adopted, he loose all his rights of son from his natural family including in the properties of Natural parents.

Thankyou for Quick response.
Got a question in this regard:
In case if Adopted father has not given any property to adopted son and died, where do adopted son can go? because there is no property from adopted father and law seems to be not permiting adopted son to seek property from natural father? Adoption at small age and son may not be knowing where he is going and what he is getting...How law can help him?
I think the law can not help, only the ethics will help.

The Boy/son on adoption into another family, the Boy /son will loose all his presence in the natural family - for all purposes he will be treated as son of Adoptive father - No Property of adoptive father- is not the Ground to claim any rights in the natural family ! Adoption Validity can not be decided by measurements of Property of Adoptive father .The concept of adoption is to continue in the adopted family with all its attending circumstances in that family - Boy consent for adoption /or/ his knowledge about the Adoption/ Adoptive Family particulars at the time of Adoption & Properties - are not the points to be considered.
