Refund of court fee

Hi,
I filed a succession certificate case for payment of deceased a/c from bank in the court of DJ.Before admission of this case I deposited court fee(app.32 thousand) as per state stamp duty in local SBI branch as per norms.After some time bank agree for payment without succession certificate and I received full payment.So,there is any provision to refund court fee.Please help me?

You can pray to the court to refund the court fee by filing a memo while withdrawing the petition. Court may consider it or not.

Your statement is confusing. "Before the admission of the case you deposited in SBI".
If these has been used in court you should pray to court as suggested by Rajeev Sir.

If you didn't use them yet, you may return it to treasury from where these were bought. Treasury will cost nominal amount and will return your money. Contact with the stamp vendor for procedure.
