Transfering inami cultivated land from dead father to one of son son

Sir,
my father died 4 years before.we are 5 brothers & 4 sisters and my mother.Every body is agree to tansfer the prescribed land to me as owner.There is other private land ,distributed to other 4 brothers. I have no objection for this.What will be the procedure and expenses.How much time it will take to complete the procedure.Please advice as early as possible.Thanks

A deed of family settlement is needed in your case and registration there of would be still better.

Family settlement deed is the way out.

To avoid future litigation, get the same registered.
