IS WRITING TRUTH AMOUNTS TO OFFENCE OF DEFAMATION ON TWITTER N FACEBOOK.
NO LEGAL CASE IS GOING ON BUT I WANT TO WRITE SMTHING HAPPND IN PAST N THAT HAS NO RELEVANCE TODAY BUT ITS TRUE.
NO LOVE AFFAIR NO POLITICAL ISSUE.OVER JUST A NORMAL QUARREL TOOK PLACE IN PAST I WANT TO WRITE IT N MK PUBLIC.

If your writing defames anybody they can file defamation against you because writing on twitter is also circulation/publication.
