Hon'ble Experts,
I have threat to my life from following persons:
1. We have agricultural property dispute with our paternal uncles going on at our ancestral village in Solapur Dist. We have to go there every month.
2.Second is dispute with wife. There is threat from her family. Three cases are going on in Osmanabad at her place.
All these peoplr are more in numbers and are politically connected. I generally go alone at these places for court and at our village. There is perceived danger from these people.
I have to go there. I cannot avoid it. In such situation, kindly advise me how to protect my life from these people. What are the steps that I can take in order to deter these people?

You can lodge the complaint before the police and also you can submit the same before the court. Court will definately warn them.

CITE INCIDENCES WHERE TEY THREATEND YOU IN COURT OR IN PR OF UR FRD.
AFTER FEW DAYS LODGE CR CASE 156(3) WITH LOCAL mAGISTRATE.
U CAN ASK POLICE PROTECTION.
