I request you to clarify the following queries reg. the property of Father (Ancestral). Considering there is no written will: (1) If there is 2 daughters and 1 son. what is the ratio of sharing (2:1:1) or (1:1:1)? (2) If one of the above said daughter is dead, will her son and daughter has the right to claim? if so in which proportion?

follow the advice of R.K. Goyal for your clarification - All successors (deceased sister :sister: brother) will get equal share. And Son and daughter of deceased sister will get the share of her mother.

In a Mitakshara coparcenary property, interest in the property shall devolve by survivorship upon the surviving members of the coparcenary properties. In ur giving situation According to section 6 If there are 2 daughters and 1 son, The ratio of sharing will be 1:1:1 but (2) If one of the above said daughter is dead, their son and daughter has equal right. So The ratio of sharing will be 1:1:1:1
