Yes, you can get bail, though the offences are of non-bailable in nature. The offences under the sections referred in your query are non-bailable, non-compoundable, warrant, cognizable, however you can file a petition for anticipatory bail also.

For 420, AB IS DIFFICULT, if amount of cheating involved is high, and not recovered.
Facts/ FIR needed for precise guidance.
However, Bail can be granted, if can convince Court, that you hv no criminal record, that u permanently reside with family within juri of court, and not likely to run away, that u r not involved in crime,, that u will co-operate in police investigation,will not destroy evidence and will attend PS as and when called for.

Basing on the cases mentioned you may not get bail in Lower Courts and Anticipatory Bail would be the right choice
