Once Write Petition is lodged,
(1) Does the advocate decides the Judge for hearing the Petition while submitting the precipie or it is decided by court
(2) How much days required to come writ on board for hearing
(3) In case of urgency, can it be taken immediately after lodging

1. It is the court which decide which judge assigned with such matter would hear the case.
2. Depends on various factors including the court.Should be within 1-2 weeks.
3.yes if the court so allows on mentioning.

But Practically it will take lot of time. Much depends upon the advocate.
