Dear Experts,
A salesman is employed with a company based in Haryana and his name is registered with the company. But, he is carrying on the sales work in Mumbai. There is no office of the said company in Maharashtra.
Therefore, Labour Laws of which State will apply to the salesman? Labour Laws of Haryana or Maharashtra?
please answer, its urgent..

Some of laws of Maharashtra, some of Haryana and in some case Central Acts shall be applicable. Appropriate Government for the purpose of Industrial Dispute Act shall be Government of Haryana. Minimum Wages Act shall be governed by Maharashtra state notification. If wages are paid from the office directly, Payment of Wages Act shall be applicable at Haryana, Remedies under Shops and Establishment Act shall be at Haryana etc.
