Hi sir myself Arup Jyoti Talukdar I married with my mother's own sister before 4 years back my family is trying to separate from last 4 years by hook and crooked. I known its against law but I want a small suggestion from your site sir because we can not alive after separation.

Yes sir thanks for your responds . I know its illegal but I want to know can we stay together legally in live in relationship. we can't live live alone. My family is trying to kill us. if is there any law in India that for this offense the law will punish us than we are ready to hang and if not please give me a solution to stay together safely.

I request you sir to give me legal solution though we I have already discussed with lawyers they told me it is illegal but we will arranged proper legal documents for you. Is the two lawyers are true or they are misguiding me.

Sir I think separation is not a solution because as a man I may live alone but for a lady its impossible moreover she has loss her parents also many years before. In short I want to ask one question that is it any legal process in Indian law so that we can live together in aspects of relation whether it is husband and wife relation or any other live in relation. we are in the different state now any every time my family trying to harm me phiscically or mentally.

Marrying or having live in relationship with mother's own sister(chachi) is the worst thing to happen in humanity.Don't expect us to legalise UR illegal affair/marriage.Already married/living since 4 yrs,I leave it to UR fate or discuss with local legal experts.

BOTH OF U KNOW IT IS NOT LEGAL AND U R DEMANDING A SOLUTION FROM A LEGAL FORUM,HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE.
LIVE IN RELATIONSHIP: ONCE U HAVE MARRIED A LADY WHO IS EQUAL TO UR MOTHER,THERE IS NO BAR ON UR PART TO LIVE WITH HER,LAW DOES NOT RESTRICT U IN DOING SO.
IN CASE MY FAMILY DISTURBS ME: U WANT TO FILE AN FIR ON UR OWN PARENTS WHO HAVE GIVEN BIRTH TO U TO WITNESS THIS ILLEGAL ACT.
