Hello
I & my girls friend (both are Indian citizens)go to DUBAI and get married there in any gurudwara or any temple. Both of us are enough grown to the age we can marry.so will it be legel to do so & will this can challenged here in India. What all documentation has to be done if we marry there.

If both you perform the marriage according hindu rites and customs then the same is valid in India.
However to remove any doubt I would recommend you to register the marriage once you come to India.
Your original date of marriage though would remain the same when the first solemnised the marriage as per religious customs.

Why you want to marry in Dubai, why not in India? To marry out of country is not illegal till the basic requirement of marriage observed.

Devajyoti barman I am. A Sikh & my gf is Hindu brahmin & will Hindi rituals will be suitable for that or we can go for some other rituals to.....?
