father's sister's daughter's daughter or son's daughter?
If father's sister's son's daughter then it is sapinda relationship
If father's sister's daughter's daughter,then not a sapinda relationship.

[Prohibited Relationship as per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955]
Your father's sister is your aunt and her daughter is your first cousin therefore her daughter is your second cousin. The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 states that you are not allowed to marry anyone closer than a 4th cousin on your father's side of the family, so no, you cannot legally marry this girl.

agreeing with experts I add that
when one starts living with a lady as husband and wife without a lawful marriage, he exposes himself to the allegation of rape if there is marital discord.
