Thanks Vishal for the absolutely correct reply. In fact, the bank had yesterday returned me a cheque dishonoured along with slip containing the endorsement "title of accounts required". I was not aware of the correct meaning thereof. After inquiries the bank officials told me that the drawer company instead of putting rubber stamp of its name had written the name of the company in ink although signatures and all other things were perfectly right. I just wanted to bring this to the notice of all the learned members. Thanks a lot.
