SIR GUD MRNG. which act applies for the people working as labourers clerks operators, drivers outside of india ie.UAE, southafrica? suggest the books to follow to make agreement while they fly to UAE through mediators/consultency brokers and what steps have to be taken by the mediators? if the candidates returns due to non-availability of job then the responsibility of the agent/consultant? how compensation can be claimed upon the death of the candidate/jobseeker in foreign-process-please code the books to be followed.

yes,only law of the concerned countries will be applicable.
however an agreement could be initiated between the consultant and the job seeker regarding salary and other job conditions in the new post (No consultants will usually sign such agreement) so that in the event of deficiency,the consultant could be sued.
