If you want to complain against the said persons you lodge before the police officer of your locality, but be careful.

First of all i m thankful for your advice . i am ready to do this. And it is not an issue for me to Complain.

But i want Proper format which will be more effective .

i want to send this complain copy to local police station , Commission's office, and Gandhinagar police head quarter.

I have a everything ready in list...

Every one name and address...too.
