Recording as a proof

Audio recording in any case can be used as a proof or evidence in Hon ble court of law.e.g. if your life partner is harassing u and some one record the conversation or exchanging the statement then the victim can use the recording as a court proof in upcoming future while your partner always with threat to put you and your family in fake case in court .

Yes but only after when its authenticity is proved by experts if the other disputes its authenticity.
