thanks for suggest me but please guide me that from where i should start. Acctully i don't know how to start work of accounts and taxation so which type of information i should take by client and how can i start their accounts and taxation.

My advise is you join Chartered accountants office or tax consultants, you will learn everything, because basic knowledge is very important.

In case u don't have training for account/ tax, it is advisable to get training first and then start profession because client need expert help.

First thing first, you have no where mentioned about your qualifications. A Commerce Graduate is expected to do the accounting work becuase he/she has been tutored/studies the law of accountancy. Similiarly a person with adequate knowledge of tax laws and preferably having a diploma in Taxation, if not a law graduate is competent to practice Taxation.
If you possess the desired qualifation, you may assist some one locally for a while to get acquintice with procedures. Thereafter you may start your own practice, otherwise get the desired education first.

yes. an ounce of practice is better than pounds of preaching. so get yourself hands on job training before you start advising clients.
