Sir, Is there any power for high court to change a conduct certificate of students, if a principal/coordinator of that institution issues a not satisfactory conduct certificate to a student on some vengeance?? What all possibilities are there to redress the grievance of students on the basis of law for the above matter?

No. Normally Court cannot change.
You can approach the court for asking the reason for entering the adverse words.

Issue legal notice to the school and principal and challenge the decision of the institution. Court would decide whether sufficient grounds existed and guidelines followed or not.
