you have to decide whether you want to run institute as sole proprietorship or as partnership or as company . regsiter institute with Registrar of Firms if you want to run as firm . for forming a company follow formalities laid down .

Register as per constitution (proprietorship, partnership, LLP stc.), take license under shop and commercial act, register with municipal authorities and if any local tax applicable tax registration no.

Apart from the above, you should obtain franchise from the recognized Computer Education Centres like NIT initially to award certificates on behalf of them for the successful candidates.

Until and unless you are a qualified person with proper licence from the appropriate authority, the certificate what you may issue may not be held recognised, hence ascertain your status in this regard and make sure you meet the eligibility conditions for the same. Take the help of a local consultant alternately, you may obtain franchise agreement from a reputed computer education imparting organisation to be on the safer side.
