Sir,
My neighbor making illegal 5 inch wall in front of my house, and our family use back side gate last 7-8 year years. How to tackle it.

Sir
We have got order from district Court in our favor, according to order and town planner map main road is 20-20 feet from center, and demolition area is also in this area. Court has given last December 2015 and making road accordingto twn planner and finished all the encroachment in this area.
Now other party appeal in highcourt, give suggestions please..
