Regarding filing second marriage as null and void

Dear sir
Here I am lakkappa had second marriage and first marriage got divorce after one month of second marriage now who can file the case to make second marriage as null and void as after my second marriage second wife filed 498a and 307 so now I want to make this marriage as null and void.plz reply

You have married without divorce. Your wife can file case of bigamy against you also.

Your second marriage is before getting divorce to the first marriage. Hence the second marriage is null and void.

Only the person aggrieved can complain in case of bigamy. if it is the wife who is aggrieved, then her father can complain as he is the lineal ascendant of the wife.
