Divorce Suit Possible Outcome?

Dear Experts, I want to know as an outcome of Divorce Suite,The options are Either court can grant or deny the Divorce based on Merit of the case and may fix a financial support to the wife, but it does not mean that Divorce is denied by court can force into a living relationship again between the parties which is anyway gone beyond repair?

Court cannot force in to living relationship again. There will be a conciliation stage in the divorce cases, court try to solve the problems of the husband and wife thru., conciliation,if court comes to the conclusion that it is not possible then it will grant a divorce. In your question relation is gone beyond repair so court cannot force into live in relationship.

Yes. Even in case of dismissal of divorce petition court cannot compel the parties to live together.

if the divorce is not decreed by the court on merits of the case then even in that case the parties shall not be bound to live together and further after living for two years separately, any party may approach the same court or other court having jurisdiction to decree for divorce (depends upon the personal laws of the parties)
