I've purchased 2 Sims of idea cellular ltd on June 2016 attracted by their advertisement which self declared 4GLTE service provided flawlessly and confirmed with their CCC whether my area is covered under 4G LTE network i got positive reply but actually happened is i never granted 4GLTE services till today but all recharged amounts for data card gone in vain without data connectivity in the meantime I've lodged several complaints with their CCC and repeatedly i received same reply that your data balance is nil please recharge and your complaint will be rectified soon the process are in progress but no fruitful service provided my entire business depends on mobile communication and Internet services only hence having customers throughout country the poor network of the service provider caused my business customers are parted from me due to lack of service and communication gap
because of the service providers misleading,false offers fetched me to the end of my business life and my daily bread now my age is 55 my livelihood stands derelict even i can't earn money for my daily needs these all are happened due to communication gap hence i decided to approach consumer forum and claim for a compensation of ₹20,00,000/- from the network operator who gave false promise to me and grabbed my money without giving proper service
I've no evidence except their sim boxes which declared itself eligibles for 4GLTE service n enjoy our 4G service in the meantime one of their technician came to my area where the sim utilized and conducted network test and orally agreed that there is no tower hence 4G service can not be provided unless tower installation done
I humbly request to experts to guide me i decided to represent the case myself in consumer forum since I've no source of income to pay fees

I've purchased 1700sqft of dtcp approved residential land on 21/03/2016 and the same had been registered successfully and at the time of registration I've applied for land pass (land patta) and paid the charges but till 15/09/2016 the land pass was not issued I've contacted the consent office several times but neither they give proper reply nor they ready to issue the same to me then once again I submit application for land pass with all relevant documents and paid a sum of
Rs 50/_ as e_service but no use further I've given petition to the district collector to consider my land pass application and order to issue the same to me even then no proper action due to this reason I couldn't avail bank loan I get disappointed
Now let me know whether can I bring this matter to the HON'BLE district consumer forum and file a case against the Tehsildar

My son met with an accident on 23/05/2015 and I've spent more than 2 lacs for his treatment on 26/06/2015 I've engaged an advocate to file case from that time I contacted my lawer several times and asked the case no but he didn't give and he replied that I've filed your case don't worry within 60 days insurance surveyor will come to your residence and inspect your son then they will reimburse your proved billes but he didn't give the case no. in this regard I've 3 questions
1) How can I know my case no?
2) What is the period limit to file MCOP case?
3) Can I change lawyer?
the lawer had not collected any fees till date and all original documents with me while i give the same to him he told to keep with me only
please help me experts, please excuse me if found any mistake i am not a talented in English language kindly advise me experts

One of my friend asked me to purchase his land while I checked the documents I noticed that the land was registered on 2007 in his son's name (at that time of registeration he was minor now he is major)
In this regard kindly suggest me the leagal points which are to be followed and the land is in Coimbatore district

I've purchased 2235 sqft land in (dtcp approved no 352/1993 & 691/88) Coimbatore for residential purpose on 25/05/2000 and the same had been registered successfully in sub registers office and i completed residence construction by February 2002 from that date I'm living in that residents and paying all taxes to the government as per law.
In the meanwhile some unfortunate incidents i tried to sell my resident at the time of selling my property i came to know that my asset was covered under land ceiling act 1978 and it could not be sold
Further i approached the concern officers to regularize my land under Tamilnadu government order no649 but the officers denied to do so and they replied me that they have received no response for my plea from the government.
Kindly inform me what can i do to regularize my land can i move to court

I approached life insurance corporation of india Coimbatore branch to receive my policy payments
The lic offcials asked me to fill an application form and prefix revenue stamp and should sign.Then only my payment against my policy will be paid to my bank c directly via NEFT mode
In this connection i told them if u r paying my amount in my hand either by chque r by cash then only I'll sign otherwise i will sign after i recive my money but they refused topay my money.Just 3 years ago the same thing happened to my cusin and he completed everything as directed by lic officials but the meanwhile his documents were misplaced and he has no proof for submitting his policy at lost he recovered his money without carriying any interest by last year only this is why i did not sign
Now i want to know if lic paying policy repayment to the customers thro bank account only whether customers sign is must in this regard? What the law says? The entire documents were collected by them then only they repaying customers money

I've filled case against manager of State bank of india for withdrawing of service charge from my s/b a/c during demonetization period and he was announced exparte by the forum for not filling WV within the period specified under section 13(b) of CPA 1986,
after a long time (more than one year) now he filled petition to set aside exparte order and reopen the case but I strictly objected and submitted a copy of order pronounced by Honble
WEST BENGAL SCDRC which breifly contents"NEITHER DIST FORA NOR STATE COMMISSION HAS POWER TO SET ASIDE THE EXPARTE ORDERS" but the president of district forum allowed their petition for reopening the case once again
