Please let me know which documents out of the following we can get from the Police as per RTI for the F.I.R being registered under sections 498A/406
1. Copy of complaint
2. Copy of case diary
3. Copy of Daaj List
4. Copy of Bills given by complainant
5. Copy of Evidences given by complainant
6. Copy of Police Report
7. Copy of complainant’s Byaan
8. Copy of other parties Byaan
9. Copy of Attendance/Roll Call

My wife has submitted in her 125 petition that she hasn't been doing any job. In my reply, I have attached her appointment letter.
Will Hon'ble court itself will ask for her employment details from the said employer or I have to file application U/S 91.

With due respect to whole lawyers fraternity, there are many lawyers available in each and every expert area.
For e.g I am looking expert for 498A, 406.
Please let me know about the criteria, factors which should be considered while deciding/signing any lawyer.

Sir, I have got Interim bail from P&H High Court and have to join Investigation this week. There is no condition of recovery etc. in the Interim Bail order.
Now, IO is demanding that I should come along with all the things which pertains to my wife.
Sir, Kindly guide that whether IO should come to my house and seize the items or I myself should submit those items as demanded by IO.
Is IO favoring them by saying me to come with all the items as other party doesn't possess any bills for those items.
Please guide, which path I should follow. What will be best for me to get Interim Bail converted to Absolute bail. Thanks

I have booked U/S 498A, 406 and have got interim bail from P&H High court.
Kindly enlighten me on the following :
1. IO hasn't called me yet for investigation as court orders might not have reached him as yet. Sir, should I call IO or wait for his call.
2. Sir, there has been no recovery till date. I have some Istridhan items with me. What will be the recovery process for those. Do IO with my wife and Father-In-Law along with IO anytime and seize any items they like or they have to get some orders from the court
3. Sir, can Police take/seize additional items than the list submitted by her earlier or not
4. Sir, as I have got interim Bail from P&H High court. Will getting absolute bail from interim bail will be difficult. What are the chances of getting interim bail converted to absolute bail
5. What grounds are considered by Judge to decide whether to convert interim bail to absolute bail or not.

I along with my mother have been booked U/S 498A, 406. I have got interim bail and going to join investigation soon.
My mother has been abroad since the inception of CAW cell inquiry. I haven't applied for anticipatory bail for her as hse being abroad. Kindly guide me about :
1. Can my mother apply for Anticipatory Bail from abroad itself. If, Yes then how. Means do she will be filing through power or attorney or how.
2. I believe let it be any bail. One has to join Investigation, once granted bail. If that is so, then will it be mandatory for my mother to come to India and join investigation in case of she gets bail
3. Will her passport will be seized when she joins investigation
4. Once she will join investigation, as a clause to bail believe she won't be able to go abroad again. Is there any provision, which allows that after completion of investigation, she can go abroad again

I have got interim bail from P&H HC (Resident of Punjab).
The terms & conditions of Interim Bail are :
1. I have got Interim Bail till July 05, 2012
2. I have to join Investigation, when called by IO
Nothing regarding recovery has been mentioned there.
I have certain IstriDhan Items with me, which they never demanded earlier till F.I.R. They have exaggerated list as usual.
But the real problem is regarding ornaments. She has taken all but still she is claiming that everything is with me.
How can I return the things, which I have never got or which she has already taken. So, eventually I won't be able to meet their recovery expectations.
Kindly let me know, that will this be a major obstacle in conversion of my Interim Bail to Absolute Bail.
Also, guide me that whether I should take all the 'IstriDhan' items with me to IO or let them come and take those items.

With God Grace and your invaluable guidance, I have got bail from P&H HC (I am from Punjab).
Can you please enlighten me on the road map ahead like
1) Do I have to join investigation, if yes then by when
2) Recovery is still pending from my side, when that will happen
3) How to get absolute bail
4) Suppose if i don't join investigation immediately then am I free to resume my office. Can Police still come and arrest me.

I am from Punjab. F.I.R u/s 498A, 406 have been lodged against myself and my mother. My mother is residing abroad and I am underground as of now.
My anticipatory bail got rejected in the session court on the grounds that 'Recovery' of dowry articles is still pending.
Should I move to High Court for Anticipatory Bail now. Can you please help me out with some judgementst to enable me secure Anticipatory Bail.

Medical slip/report verification

My wife has claimed in the Hon'able court that she had a miscarriage due to my beating and submitted miscarriage report from the doctor in support of that.
Sir, the medical report do confirms regarding the miscarriage but as it was a natural miscarriage, says nothing about any injury or so.
With due respect to all judges, they are not from medical background. So, how can i prove in simple terms that the medical report emphasizes that there was no injury etc. which was reason of miscarriage.
Can, I submit any clarification report from other doctor to this effect. Please let me know how to proceed here and prove that Miscarriage was natural. Thanks
