Whether Rule 444C of UP Cooperative Societies Rule 1968 envisages the initiation of a proceeding by a member of housing cooperative society whose name has, mischievously, neither brought in the provisional voters list later on adopted as such in the final Voter list

If the proceeding in the complaint case for issuing summons under section 204 Cr P C should be postponed and the application u/s 340 CrPC should necessarily be disposed off first.

Served Possession Notice on 10.07.2012 mentioned wrong date of 13 (2) as 09.01.2011 insted of 9.12.2011.
WHAT IS THE REMADY. IS Notice under 13(2) is expired when we have deposited 3 times. They have also not given required papers.
To my view Notice dated 09.12.2011 is expired. Fresh Notice under 13(2) is required before the possession Notice.

Application u/s section 245 crpc
Whether application U/s 245 CrPC can be made by the pleader without appearence of the Accused on the process issued U/s 204 CrPC ?
