We have dispute between two partners , my land is mortgaged in MPFC where we have agreed mutually to release my mortgaged land and keep another property by partner.
We have partnership deeds between us so I will have to sign the documents of another property for its mortgaging. But I do want to do it. Can it be possible after dissolving partnership or any other way so that my land will be released and another property my partner can get mortgaged by him self registering it

We had started business with four partners with name of Firm M/s Bajrang Minerals producing Manganese oxide but it was mishandled by partner and now business is in loss, But partner did not want to sell it ,
There is 50 % share with spouse of each , land is the name of my wife , mortgaged property is mine , I want to separate from the firm by selling my share.
As Partner is not ready to compromise at all so I want to sui legal case for the same.
Can I start in following ways:
1. Stay on production activities which is being handled without my consultation .
2. Can I sell my share individually without agreeing by him.
what step should I take

If person have its own pan no.which was used during his service. Now he enters into business and forms firm in making partnership deed and gets fresh TIN no. of firm and along with PAN NO. OF Firm.
He earns money from service and pays income tax and also earns from business the how he can pay the tax having same pan no. or firm will pay tax , is sufficient for income tax .

My friend is working in Private limited company and is tax payer and having his personal PAN . He wants to contribute 50 % amount as fund for business and enter into partnership. So by forming partnership deed we can include him but He wants to continue his service . Can it be possible? . In partnership deed he will have about 40 % profit sharing as per his contribution. We will also take our TIN number in name of firm , will it reflect in Income tax or how will his income as earned from service and business can be clubbed ?

If my friend is lawyer and practicing, now we want to start a business so we want to make partnership deed , is there is any problem in making deed legally , my friend will be sleeping partner and I will be active partner but share will be 50-50%. I will be taking care of business and can he make practice as lawyer.

We have purchased land for setting up factory in name of my wife and my brother-in laws wife . earlier there was registration of factory in name of Mr. A , Now it was registered in name of my brother in laws wife as sole proprietor of company. We want to convert it into Partnership firm where myself and my brother in law only will be acting partner for which we have invested money in purchasing land and machinery.Can we make partnership deed including four partner as myself, my wife, my brother in law and his wife but acting partner will be myself and my brother in law . Further we want to get loan from bank for operation . What are the steps for making it partnership firm .
We have owned new factory on partnership basis , for the factory we have purchased land and electrical connection done and purchased the machinery by paying own money , now we want to apply for loan in the bank for the company and whatever money we had incurred , can it be payable by loan amount because till now we had done expenses of own. so bank can sanction loan and refund the money and transfer all laon on company .

My relative was in the service of Co-operative company , were served for 8 years as Engineer . The company become sick. He decided to leave the company and put resignation but due to company become sick nobody was available to releive him and He was supposed to join as educational organisation as Lecturer before revieving letter. Now educational institution is asking to submit the details of last employment but he has his reliveing letter of the same company after he has joined the educational institutes. Is this leaglly wrong or is it fault of him that he has joined before and without reliveing certificates or is it not duty of educational institute to ask relieving certi. or they should not alllow to join .
Please advise anything worng can be happen on his existing service.
Fraud in partnership
We has started in business with partnership but due to loss in buisness , there has been dispute between us . It was mutually agreed that my partner will release my mortgaged land and then we will be separated . So we have again signed documents for giving request to MPFC that my mortgaged lanbd will be released and another land shall be mortgaged by my Partner but MPFC rejected application and as in good faith I have signed the documents for the release pf term laon of Rs.8.5 Lakhs for which I was never favor . If this is happened and my property is not released then I want to legally take a step for the Stay Order of buisness activity which my partner is doing without consent of me. Can I go for it or there is another way to tackle such situations to stop recurrent loss on buisness.
