Complaint against illegal action taken by a judge

A case of judicial separation was filed by a husband since husband and wife were living separately for last fourteen years. Wife filed F.I.R. under section 498A, 406, 34 I.P.C. in which eight out of total 9 accused were discharged by the court. During cross-examination with the wife in the judicial separation case. The judge started writing cross examination at 1:15 P.M. and repeatedly requested the husband to close the cross-examination with the wife at 1:40 P.M. On his request, the husband said ok assuming that the cross-examination will be deferred for the next date.

But on the next date, husband came to know that the cross examination was closed by the judge arbitrarily at the last date. Husband gave application for cross examination which was disallowed by the judge and a cost of Rs. 1,000/- was put on the husband stating that you are trying to delay the case and the case was fixed for final arguments.

Husband was not ready for this, then in the open court, the judge said to the husband that you are living separately for the last fourteen years and I will allow judicial separation on this ground in my judgement. You should not waste your time in bringing more evidences. Then the husband did not object to it and the judge gave judgement dismissing the case with cost on the husband.

Now the husband is feeling cheated by the judge. Is any action allowed in the law against the judge?

Complaint against inspector and d.c.p. for improper investigation

My wife was indulged in prostitution and on uncovering this fact, she left her in laws house and gave a complaint to CAW Cell Delhi in 2003. An affidavit was given to the sub-inspector giving the names and addresses of customers of my wife detailing all the facts of prostitution. Inspector took a big amount from my wife for registering F.I.R. and got ordered registration of F.I.R. by additional D.C.P. Case u/s 498A is going on since 2003. Now, I got solid proofs, some blue films and photographs of my wife, proving her a prostitute. Whether a case against inspector and additional D.C.P. be registered for registering a F.I.R. without proper investigation?

Relief in 498a case by producing blue films

My wife was in prostitution before marriage with me. I came to know about this after ten years of our marriage. On this, my wife left her matrimonial home in my absence and gave complaint u/s 498A to Delhi Police Crime Against Woman cell. I gave an affidavit in CAW cell giving names, addresses of customers of my wife stating that she is a prostitute and she has lodged a false complaint but SI and Additional DCP did not read the file and ordered for F.I.R. A case was registered against me and my other eight family members. After thirteen years, the case is in initial proceedings recording the statement of my wife. Now, I got several photographs and video films of my wife doing prostitution with many persons. If I submit all these films and photographs in the court, whether my case will be closed or whether any relief will be granted to me by the court?

Complaint against judge

I have two questions regarding a case in Delhi Court:-

1. Suppose a person named A had given payments through cheques to a person named B starting from the year 2000 and the last payment was given in the year 2002. B had issued the repayment cheque in the year 2005 but the cheque was dishonoured and a case was filed by A against B u/s 138 of N I Act. In the case, the judge discharged B from all the charges framed against him on the ground that the liability was time barred. Now, my question is that even if the ground, the judge has taken is true, should the judge have discussed this ground in the proceedings and with both A and B? The judge never discussed this matter and made the judgement without consulting with anybody in the case and if it is wrong, can I take any action against the judge?

2. In the judgement, the judge has written that the order was pronounced in the court but in reality, he never pronounced it and only gave a dasti copy of the order to both the parties. Now, can I take any action against the judge for this false statement in the order?

Nude photos and sex videos of my wife on the porn sites.

About fifteen years ago, my wife was staying with me and my two children. At that time, when I went to office, she immediately dressed up well and made good makeup and left the house leaving both the children alone daily. I discovered that she was involved in prostitution. When I made question about it to her, she left the house in my absence and did not return back. After 4-5 months, she lodged a F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406 blaming nine persons of my family for Dowry and torture and a maintenance case u/s 125 against me. Please note that she is a practicing lawyer in Delhi Courts now. At the time of charge framing in the F.I.R. u/s 498A and 406, 8 persons except me were not charged by the court and the case is going on. Now, I found in porn websites, lots of naked photos and sex movies had been uploaded by her friends/customers. I think all these films were prepared by her customers by using spy camera and were loaded on porn sites and getting a good money from the sites. Can any action be taken by me legally against my wife and her customers as these films and photos are deteriorating my reputation in the society as I am a wellknown professional and till date, there is no divorce between me and my wife but we have not met each other since last 13 years?

Certified copy of case in supreme court

I am a accused in a case pending in lower court in which another accused applied for quashing of charge against him in Supreme Court and the Supreme court quashed the charges framed against the said accused. Now, I want to get certified copy of the said case alongwith the judgement filed by the accused in Supreme Court. But the Supreme Court staff is saying that you cannot get certified copy of the case since you were neither the plaintiff nor the respondent in the said case. How can I get the certified copy of the said case? That another accused is not in contact with me that's why I can't ask him for certified copy.

Execution of decree

A, B and C are three brothers, respectively Elder Middle and Younger. Their mother owned a three storied house constructed through her own earnings. She made a will for her house stating that all the three brothers are jointly owners of the house after her death. After her death, A filed a civil suit in civil court stating that the other two brothers depriving him of his share and court should intervene to get his share in the property. B and C replied and filed written statement in the civil court. An amin commission was deputed by the court and he submitted his report. After that, all the three brothers filed a compromise as per report of amin commission stating that ground floor is occupied by Mr. A, first floor is occupied by Mr. B and second floor is occupied by Mr. C and all the three brothers are agreed to take the floors in possession of them to be their share in the property. The court decree the case as per their compromise. But, the possession of the second floor actually was of the son of Mr. A and he is not giving possession to Mr. C. Around 10 years have passed, now Mr. C wants to get possession of second floor which is in possession of son of Mr. A. Whether any case for execution of decree is helpful to Mr. C or what is the remedy available to Mr. C for getting possession of second floor?
