A married woman was convinced by a group of people for prostitution. She reached at the hotel but they had fixed spy cameras there and total sexual work was filmed by them without the consent of the married woman. Now, they are showing the films in different porn sites stating that they have copyrights of the films and earning a lot of money. Whether any action can be taken by the married woman and/or her husband?

Prostitution is crime.
Blackmailing on the basis of porn vids is also a crime.
lodge complaint with the police.

A married woman was convinced to prostitution?, surprising.
If she was forced into prostitution, only she has grounds to lodge a complaint against those people involved in it, or she has authorise her husband to ,lodge a complaint on her behalf.
If the husband wants he can file a divorce case quoting this as a strong reason for divorce.
