Dear Sir,
I had filed a case at the District Forum through a lawyer. The disputed amount was Rs 750000/- for which the lawyer charged me 30000/- Rs and the case has been won by me. The lawyer says he will compromise with the opposite party and compel him to pay the amount (Only Basic amount without any interest ) . The lawyer is demanding 10% commission for that. I am not ready to pay the commission to him. My question is whether I can issue the arrest warrant against the party without the lawyer as it is at the district forum.

Dear Sir,
I filed a suit in October-2017 against a person who promised me to allot a site on the completion of 60 months of monthly installments but he did not allot me any site . I paid the entire installments in 2012 in time. Now I filed a case at District Forum through my lawyer. I got the judgement in my favour but in the judgement it is mentioned that the party is liable to pay interest from the date of filing the case but I wanted the interest from the date of my last payment i,e 2012. I do not know whether the lawyer did not stress the point or the judge himself awarded it mistakenly.. The interest from Oct-2017 - Dec-2017 is like peanuts. I have been deprived the interest for 6 years. What should I do now? . Any possibility of revision of the order?

Dear Sir,
While my plot was being registered, i found that in the Chakbandi towars the west "WEST 30 FEET ROAD" instead of 40 feet road as actually it is 40 feet road. It was corrected in my registered sale deed before registration but in the first buyers sale deed it is "West 30 Feet Road" IN the sketch it is 40 feet road towards the west. All other aspects like length of area and breadth of area and number of the plot are perfectly correct.
Does it make any difference as it relates only to the chakbandi and not my plot area?

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a plot bearing no 70 in a pvt layout which has 1200 square feet and everything is correct in all respects but in Chakbandi towards West : it is mentioned as "30 Feet Road" Actually in the map it is 40 feet Road" while registering in my name it has been correctly inserted as 40 feet towards the west side. Area west-East and Suouth to North is perfect but only in Chakbandi towards West Side it is mentioned as 30 feet road but it should have been 40 feet road. In Govt Record, it is shown as "Road" and not mentioned the length of the road
Is it okay or not?
