40 feet road instead of 30 feet road

(Querist) 23 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

While my plot was being registered, i found that in the Chakbandi towars the west "WEST 30 FEET ROAD" instead of 40 feet road as actually it is 40 feet road. It was corrected in my registered sale deed before registration but in the first buyers sale deed it is "West 30 Feet Road" IN the sketch it is 40 feet road towards the west. All other aspects like length of area and breadth of area and number of the plot are perfectly correct.

Does it make any difference as it relates only to the chakbandi and not my plot area?

Regards,
SK Sameer Kumar

In chakbandi records/ on ground you have stated to have found in West "30 ft wide road" and same "30 ft" has correctly been mentioned in the Sale Deed whereas actually it is 40', then what is your problem?
You should show the documents concerning the property to a local lawyer for proper appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.
