Builder in Ghaziabad is not paying penalty to the buyers for delay in giving possession , though it has been mentioned in the buyer seller agreement.
Builder says that they have never adjusted such penalties in the final payments.
Many buyers have visited and written to the builder.
The amount is penalty is around 1 -1.25 lakhs per buyer.
In such situation what is the legal remedy?
How long does it take in consumer court to get remedy?
In case buyers go to court what else damage the builder can cause to the buyers

Is it necessary that the date of signing the agreement by both parties and the date of notary attestation be the same.
Generally it is a practice in Delhi to go for a rent agreement of 11 months without registration.
But the rent act 1995 says registration is must.
Is there any such law which allows 11 months agreement to be exempted from registration.

I would like to know that is it compulsory for a student to have 45% in graduation to get addmission in 3yrs LLB. If so then why are univ. which are even recognised by Bar council allowing candidates to write the entrance exam to any graduates.
Also in the BAR COUNCIL INDIA website in the section CHAPTER II

No. 7. Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission it uses 'may be'.Can anybody explain this.

Illegal encroachment
If some residents are illegally encroaching some portion of common area in DDA flats of Delhi, is there legal remedy for these?
Is there any law which does not allow demolition of such encroachment once they have been constructed.
