Hieveryone,
good morning......
1981 according to declarartion rules we have applied for 39 cents land for declarartion in tribunal court. land loard was not attended the event 3 times , so tribnal court given judgment to our favor rtc and form 10 also issued.
again land loard went to high court for the same issue ( issue :the land belongs to me) again we assigned lawyer and petitioner was frusted he was not attended the highcourt repeatedly. again high court quased and send back to tribunal court 1984.
after that no one attended the tribunal court.
how to find out tribunal court judgment after this issue 1984?
if we reopen what will happen ?
please please advice me,

Dear Manoj
In order to know the order passed by the Tribunal, you should approach the Land Tribunal and apply for a Certified copy of the order.
As you stated that the Hon'ble High Court has remanded the matter back to Tribunal. Thereafter, the Tribunal would have issued notices to the concerned parties and only thereafter the Tribunal would have passed the order. Therefore, you have approach the Concerned Land Tribunal to know the status of the case.
