Dear Sir,
I have a land in Rahtoli (Badlapur)1.25 acre. I am looking forward to do a land survey. So please let me know the procedure step by step and also total cost for complete survey to be done.
Secondly i want to know procedure of transfer of certain part of land within family members.
Please advice experts.

The properties could be settled through a family settlement.

You may approach the jurisdictional Tahsildar office and file an application seeking to survey the property through government surveyor working under the authority, or you can engage a licenced surveyor and can get your property/land surveyed properly and obtain a certificate from him.
For transfer within family you can execute a settlement deed or gift deed both by a registered document.
