Hello to all
what i do if after making High seas sale agreement buyer is not willing to performance agreement means he is not ready to pick the material from port due to this material is on port and the same time Port rent also charging to me.... what i do to getting port goods

u need to specify
1 the citizen of buyer and seller
2 was the agreement in writing

the high seas agreement must be containing clauses as to conseqences of default .if buyer has defaulted in his obligations under the contract then seller can yake elgal proceedings against the buyer . if buyer does not take delivery of the goods it would be auctioned by customs .
